Haas Vertical Machining Center, Model VF2
The Haas CNC controlled vertical machining center is an economical choice for short and medium production runs. Equipped with a pallet changer for multiple setups and continuous runs, it is also highly accurate and features an automatic tool changer for multiple operations.
The Citizen CNC lathe produces high-precision, high-tech parts as well as shafts requiring close tolerances. In most cases, the Citizen CNC lathe machines parts without secondary operations because of its cross-drilling and cross-milling capabilities. The Citizen lathe has the capability to machine many materials from bar stock including aluminum, brass, stainless steel and titanium. It is ideal for producing precision-machined parts for medical, aerospace and electronics applications.
LeBlond Makino Horizontal Machining Center, Model A55
These state-of-the-art horizontal machining centers are 4-axis, CNC controlled. They have the capability for high speed machining of materials such as aluminum with the power to machine stainless steel and other metals such as titanium and Hastelloy. The precise, yet rigid design of LeBlond Machining Centers assures the holding of very close tolerances.
This machine is able to do precision secondary work on screw machine and headed parts. Tough material and high volumes present no problem. CNC makes the setup and running of screw machine parts cost-efficient even in short runs.
CNC Slant turning centers are capable of manufacturing parts requiring extremely close tolerances and finishes. They handle bar work as well as chucking and are very economical for short, medium or long runs.
Kingsbury Multi-station Turntable Machines
These multi-station machines are designed to run medium to high volume secondaries that cannot be completed on screw machines. Many operations can run simultaneously because of their turntable design. With the addition of state-of-the-art robotics and bowl feeder equipment these Kingsbury turntables now operate at an even greater cost-efficiency.
Imasflex Multi-purpose CNC Rotary Index Transfer Machine (picture currently unavailable)
The unique Imasflex, eight-station rotary index transfer machining center is capable of machining five sides of a part in one loading. The Imasflex machine incorporates CNC flexibility for accuracy and quick changeovers, with the speed of a rotary transfer machine.
Brown & Sharpe Screw Machines (picture currently unavailable)
Emory relies on versatile Brown & Sharpe screw machines fitted with Lipe automatic bar feeds for high-quality, low to mid-volume production runs to achieve the greatest cost efficiency. Throughout the machining operation, parts are inspected as they are made, eliminating the possibility of out-of-tolerance parts caused by wear. Process capability studies help decrease inspections and keep downtime to a minimum.
